Who we are

DataProStudio, Inc., incorporated in British Columbia, Canada, operating the DPS8020™ platform. This site serves visitors outside our three regional markets (Canada, Spain, Germany), which have their own local privacy policies. We apply the stricter of GDPR (EU) and PIPEDA (Canada) as our baseline regardless of where a visitor is located.

What we collect and why

Pilot request form: your work email address. Purpose: responding to your request and providing pilot program information. Legal basis: your consent.
Call bookings: if you book a call via Proton Calendar, that platform processes your name, email, and availability under its own policy.
Email: the contact details you choose to share when reaching out.
Server logs: standard technical access data (IP address, timestamps), kept briefly for security. We do not use this data for geolocation or personalization — this site does not attempt to detect your country.

No cookies, no trackers, no IP-based geolocation

This website sets no cookies, uses no third-party analytics or advertising trackers, and does not attempt to detect your location from your IP address. The region picker on our homepage is a plain set of links — you choose, we don’t guess.

Sharing and retention

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties beyond the service providers named above (hosting, scheduling). We keep your information only as long as needed to respond to you, or as required by law.

Hetzner Online GmbH (Germany) — web and email hosting, European Union.
Proton AG (Switzerland) — call scheduling; Switzerland holds a European Commission adequacy decision.

No US-owned providers are used in this website’s data path.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by writing to hello@dps8020.com. Depending on your jurisdiction, you may also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
